• More space for station as can span road.
   
• Stations can be located inside major destinations, e.g. hospital.
   
• Can have ticketing machines for platform entry speeding boarding.
   
• Stations can include lifts for passengers with mobility issues.
   
• Stations could be tendered out for private investment sponsorship – limited shopping.
